Congratulatory Messages
If you or someone close to you is celebrating a special birthday or wedding anniversary you can receive personal congratulations from the Prime Minister, Governor-General or The Queen.
I would be pleased to help you arrange an anniversary message – just contact my office on (02) 4983 1330 or click below to download an application form. You will need to provide supporting documentation such as a birth certificate or marriage certificate (a photocopy is sufficient). Arrangements for a congratulatory message can be made up to two months before the celebration. You can also request a belated message up to one month after the birthday or wedding anniversary has passed.
Anniversary messages can be delivered directly to the recipient or to the applicant’s address for surprises. Application Form |
